DIJJI.ai has no password. You sign up with your email, and you confirm it with a verification code — a 6-digit number sent to your inbox. The whole process is one short form and one code.
Before you start
Sign-up is open only to approved company domains. If your organization hasn’t been approved, the form will reject your email — apply for access at dijji.ai first. If you were invited by a teammate, open the link from that invitation instead of this form; it skips the domain check and adds you to the existing organization.
Step 1 — Fill in the sign-up form
Open the sign-up page and complete three fields:
- Full name — your name as it should appear to teammates.
- Work email — the address on an approved domain. Your verification code goes here.
- Organization name — the name of the organization you’re creating, for example
Acme Inc. This becomes your billing and access boundary; see Organizations and teams for what it holds.
Then select Send code. DIJJI.ai checks your email’s domain and sends the verification code. A captcha runs in the background while you fill in the form — usually you’ll never see it, but if it asks you to confirm you’re human, complete it before selecting Send code.
Step 2 — Enter the verification code
Check your inbox for an email from DIJJI with a 6-digit code. It can take up to a minute to arrive.
Type the code into the 6-digit code field and select Create account. That’s it — your account and organization are created, and you land in DIJJI.ai ready to set things up.
The code is valid for 10 minutes. After that it stops working and you’ll need a new one.
Fixing a code that won’t go through
The email hasn’t arrived. Wait a full minute, then check spam. If it’s still missing, select Resend code. You can resend once every 60 seconds — until then the link reads Resend in Ns and counts down.
You mistyped a field. Select Edit details to return to the form, correct it, and send a fresh code.
The code was rejected. Each code allows five tries. After five wrong entries the code is discarded for safety — select Resend code to get a new one and try again.
The code expired. If more than 10 minutes passed, select Resend code.
What’s next
Your account exists and you’re signed in. The next step is to connect GitHub so DIJJI.ai can reach your repositories — see Connect GitHub. Organizations and teams explains the structure your new organization sits at the top of.
