Your organization is the top-level account everything in DIJJI.ai belongs to — see Organizations and teams for what that means. Its name and logo are how the organization is identified across the product. This page covers how to change them.
Editing the organization name and logo is an admin action. Members can open the page and see the current values, but the fields are read-only for them — see Roles: admin and member.
Change the name or logo
- Open Settings and select the Organization tab.
- On the Organization Profile card, edit either field:
- Organization Name — the display name, up to 100 characters.
- Logo URL — a link to an image hosted elsewhere (for example,
https://example.com/logo.png). DIJJI.ai doesn’t host the file; it loads the image from the URL you give it.
- Select Save Changes.
While the change saves, the button reads Saving…. When it finishes, Settings saved successfully. appears beside the button. The change takes effect immediately.
What to know
- The logo is a URL, not an upload. There’s no file picker — paste a link to an image that’s already online. A small preview thumbnail appears next to the field once the URL resolves; if the image can’t load, the thumbnail simply doesn’t show. Leave the field blank for no logo (a placeholder icon shows instead).
- The name can’t be empty. Save Changes stays disabled until the name field has at least one character. Leading and trailing spaces are trimmed when it saves.
- Members see the page but can’t edit it. For a member, both fields are greyed out and the Save Changes button doesn’t appear. If you need a change made and you’re a member, ask an admin.
- If the save fails, Failed to save settings. Please try again. appears. Select Save Changes again to retry.
The Organization page also holds the Spending Limits card and an Audit Log panel. Setting a daily limit is covered in Set a daily spending limit; the audit panel records every change made here, including name and logo edits.
