Edit your display name

Your display name is the name DIJJI.ai shows for you — beside your account, in the member list, and on the audit log entries for actions you take. You can change it at any time. This page covers how.

Editing your display name affects only your own account. It’s not an admin action — every member can change their own name.

Change your display name

1. Open Settings and select the Account tab.
2. On the Personal Profile card, find the Full Name field. It’s pre-filled with your current name.
3. Replace it with the name you want. The field accepts up to 200 characters.
4. Select Save Changes.

While the change saves, the button reads Saving…. When it finishes, Profile saved successfully. appears beside the button. Your new name takes effect immediately.

What to know

• Your email can’t be changed. The Account page shows your email beside your name, but the field is read-only — it’s the address you signed up and verify codes with. There’s no self-service way to change it.
• Save Changes stays disabled until you edit something. The button only becomes active once the name differs from what’s currently saved. An empty name won’t save either — type at least one character.
• Leading and trailing spaces are trimmed. DIJJI.ai removes extra spaces from the start and end of your name when it saves, so Ada Lovelace is stored as Ada Lovelace.
• If the save fails, Failed to save profile. Please try again. appears. Select Save Changes again; if it keeps failing, reach out to support.

Changing your display name is separate from changing your organization’s name or logo — that’s done on the Organization tab, by an admin.
