I can't see the balance card or invite anyone

You opened Usage, stayed on the Organization scope, and found a short note where the balance should be. Or you opened the Members page to invite a teammate and there was no Invite button. Nothing is broken — you’re a member, and what you’re looking for is an admin-only control.

DIJJI.ai has two roles: admin and member. Money, people, and organization settings are admin-only; the everyday work of running tasks is open to everyone. For the full split, see Roles: admin and member.

Confirm your role

Open Settings → Members and find yourself in the list. Next to your name is a small badge:

  • A violet Admin badge — you have full control, and a missing control is something else (try a refresh, then contact support).
  • A grey Member badge — you’re a member, and the controls below are hidden or disabled for you by design.

What a member sees instead

The interface doesn’t error when you lack a permission — it simply shows or hides the control. Here is where members notice the difference:

  • The balance card. Open Usage and stay on the Organization scope. Where an admin sees the balance, spend, and low-balance warnings, a member sees a short note: “Ask an admin to manage credits for your organization.” The card isn’t gone — it’s standing in for the admin view.
  • The Invite button. On the Members page, the Invite button doesn’t appear for members at all. The same goes for the Change Role, Remove, and resend/revoke controls next to each person.
  • Organization settings. On Settings → Organization, a member can see the name, logo, and daily-limit fields — but they’re greyed out and there’s no save button. The fields are disabled, not hidden, so you can read the current values without being able to change them.
  • Teams. The Create Team button and the rename, delete, and add-member controls appear only for admins.
  • Audit history. The View History (audit log) controls are admin-only too.

If a control is simply missing rather than greyed out, that’s the tell: a member is looking at an admin-only action.

What to do

You have two routes, depending on what you need:

  • You just need the thing done once — top up the balance, send one invite, change the organization name. Ask an admin in your organization to do it. The Members page shows who your admins are: anyone with the violet Admin badge.
  • You need to do this regularly — ask an admin to change your role. An admin opens the menu next to your name on the Members page and chooses Change Role, which switches you to admin. From then on every control above appears for you. See Change a member’s role.

A note on the balance specifically

The member placeholder isn’t only a permission boundary — it’s also a pointer. If a run stops for Waiting for Payment and you’re a member, you can’t top up the balance yourself. Forward it to an admin; the fix is Resume a run that’s waiting for payment, and only an admin can complete it.

Still missing after a role change

If an admin has changed your role and the controls still don’t appear, sign out and back in — your role is read once when you sign in. If a refresh and a fresh sign-in don’t bring the control back, reach out to DIJJI.ai support with your organization name and which control is missing.
