You selected Run on a task and instead of starting, it stopped with a low-balance error. DIJJI.ai checks your balance before a run begins, and yours is under the minimum needed to start one.
This is a different problem from a run that pauses partway through for Waiting for Payment — see Which problem is this? below to be sure you’re on the right page.
The minimum to start a task
To start a run, your organization’s balance must be at least $10. If it’s below that, Run won’t begin the run — DIJJI.ai checks first so it doesn’t start work it can’t carry.
This is a separate, lower threshold from the $100 minimum needed to create a project. Creating projects costs more to clear than starting a run on an existing one. For the full set of thresholds, see Balances, spending limits, and time.
How to fix it
The error includes a button that takes you to the billing page. From there:
- Open Settings → Billing (the error’s button goes straight there).
- Top up the organization’s balance so it clears $10 — and ideally comfortably above it, so the run doesn’t stop again partway through.
- Return to the task and select Run again.
Topping up the balance is an admin action. If you’re a member, you’ll see a note pointing you to an admin instead of the balance — ask an admin to top up. See I can’t see the balance card or invite anyone.
Which problem is this?
Two balance problems look similar but are not the same:
- The run never started — this page. Balance was under $10 when you selected Run, so the run was blocked before it began. Top up past the minimum and run it again.
- The run started, then paused — a different page. A run that was already going stopped for Waiting for Payment because the balance ran out mid-flight. That run isn’t lost; it resumes once the balance is restored. See Resume a run that’s waiting for payment.
The tell is the run itself: if there’s no run on the task, it never started — you’re on the right page. If there’s a run sitting in Waiting for Payment, follow the payment page instead.
Still blocked after topping up
If the balance is clearly above $10 and Run still won’t start the task:
- Give it a moment and refresh. The balance check reads the current figure; a refresh ensures the page isn’t showing a stale number.
- Check for an active run. Only one run can be active per project at a time. If another run is already going, that’s a separate block — see I can’t start a task — another run is already active.
- If neither applies, reach out to DIJJI.ai support with the project name, the task, and your current balance.
